Refund Policy
You may cancel your registration for any reason.
However, as the date of the Congress approaches we will need to make attendance commitments to our venue provider. Therefore, if you cancel on and after July 1, 2008 we will refund all but $50. Of course, if you are wait-listed for a room and do not get one, you will get a full refund.
If you paid by credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card, if possible. You may need to supply your credit card information again to be credited. If you paid by check, you will be refunded by check.
By registering you have agreed to the following:
1. For U.S. residents only, to pay a $100 deposit, due by June 15th, and to pay your balance no later than June 30th, 2008. All payments are fully refundable until June 30th, 2008. After June 30th, all payments are refundable except for a $50 charge. To receive the discounted registration rate of $260, you must complete payment by June 30th. If you have not, the full registration rate of $360 applies.
2. For U.S. residents only, we require both your email address and phone number. If you have not made full payment, we are fully booked and others are asking to register, we will contact you to request payment of your balance. When we contact you please respond within 48 hours! Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your reservation. If this situation arises, it will happen in July, so, be sure we can get in touch with you if needed.
3. Registrants from other countries may pay upon arrival at the Congress.
